Payment Methods

 

The following methods of payment are acceptable

 

1.Bank Transfer

Payments can be made by bank transfer. Our account details are specified on the invoice. Please note that wire transfers are not cleared immediately and take a couple of days to be processed. We suggest that you send us proof of payment via email to get the ball rolling.

If it is an international transfer, your bank is likely to charge a fee. We are not responsible for this charge. Please take care that we do not receive less than the quoted amount as a result of failing to pay your bank´s charges. When making a bank transfer, please add the fee to the amount quoted. We favor payments via Bank Transfer.

 

2.PayPal

PayPal is the faster, simple and safer way to make and receive payments online without sharing your financial information. PayPal allows clients all over the world to pay in any way they prefer through major credit cards, bank accounts and local payments methods. 

 

When am I expected to pay?

Regular clients, or clients who have used our services before, do not have to pay right away. It may be done within 5 days after delivery of the document/s.

For large projects (More than 25,000 words), 50% is paid in advance and the remaining 50% after completion, upon delivery.

 

Payment on translations for first time clients is in full and upfront.
