- How fast do you need it? (Example: same day, next day, next week, next month).

- Volume of work (Example: one time project or ongoing work, 1 page vs 1000 pages, etc.).

- The format of your document? (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Quark, html, etc.).
